Our Mission
To show gratitude and honor veterans, with a focus on senior veterans, with visits, check ins, phone calls, cards, care packages, referrals to services, and similar efforts to remember and thank them for their service.
What is Cheer Up for Vets
It’s simple… just what it says… we find many ways to bring cheer to veterans.
- we send birthday cards, maybe 100 of them
- we send Christmas cards
- we can visit and just listen
- we can call to check on them
- we do our best to provide them with the simple things they may need
- we can provide care packages
- and so much more, but often need outside help
There aren’t enough ways that we can honestly thank or repay these veterans for the sacrifices they made fighting for our Country, but we try the best we can.
Gratitude and providing service to them is such a simple things we can do to thank them for their service.

Visit A Vet
Visiting our veterans and listening to stories they are eager to share can truly make a positive impact. These visits can range from having lunch to hospital visits or holding a birthday car parade in their honor.
Be a Card Warrior!
Sending out birthday/holiday cards to our veterans is a tradition we look forward to as it is another amazing way to say thank you to our heroes.
Call A Vet
A simple call to our veterans to see how they’re doing can bring cheer when most needed and is always welcome.

It takes a village… let’s be that village to help the men and women that took the pledge to fight for our freedom.
